All participants are requested to register online. The registration fee includes the conference program, and morning and afternoon snacks for the three-day conference. Early registration deadline is January 15, 2013. Please note that there will be no refund for cancellation or absence.

Center for Lao Studies Members' Appreciation Reception: Friday April 19, 2013 at 7-10PM at the Pyle Center (Conference Venue). Free for CLS members. Memberships start at $20 per year. Participants may sign-up for membership at the conference or visit our website at http://laostudies.org/membership
- Conference Banquet: Saturday, April 20, 2013, 7-10PM must be purchased before March 1, 2013. Conference Participants US$25/Non-Conference Participants US$35There will be no refunds for banquet tickets after March 1, 2013.

If you are a graduate student and would like to apply for partial or full financial support to attend the conference, please contact the conference organizers (4thinternationallaostudiescon@gmail.com) as soon as possible. We will be sending out separate e-mails to those who have already requested funding support.
If you would like your paper to be considered for inclusion in the peer-reviewed edited book that will be prepared following the conference, please submit your 5-8,000 word paper to the conference organizers (4thinternationallaostudiescon@gmail.com) at least two weeks prior to the conference.
